Newer therapists trained in our proprietary method deliver excellent work at an accessible rate. ADAM THE FOUNDER & LEAD MASSAGE THERAPIST
Adam is the founder of Elite Healers Sports Massage and the Lead Massage therapist. Adam is specialized in Sports Massage and Medical Massage therapy and his vision leadership helps shape the company and develops the therapists. Every new therapist is personally developed by Adam through his proprietary process to get them up to a standard that makes them an Elite Massage Therapist in the New York massage therapy industry.

These are our newest licensed massage therapists that have been trained and are currently at our minimum standards of an Elite Massage Therapist. These massage therapists are on their way to being developed and trained into becoming a specialist massage therapist. At this level you can expect a high quality treatment. They have the base-level knowledge needed to take care of any one of your advanced massage therapy needs. MASSAGE THERAPIST NEW RECRUITS
Massage Therapy New Recruits are therapists who are new to Elite Healers Sports Massage and are currently being developed into a Brand Standard Massage Therapists. They are talented, show potential and can give you a good massage, but they need more training to become an Elite Healer Massage Therapist at brand standard, which we are currently giving them this training.
We are helping them learn more so they can give you the best massage possible. If you’re looking for a good massage that’s not too expensive, you might want to try one of these New Recruits. Even as a new therapist here they are still far better than most other massage therapists you’ll find in New York City.

Book with Adam (Founder & Lead Massage Therapist) if:
- You have a complex chronic condition or persistent issue that has not resolved with previous treatment
- You want IASTM as part of your session (Adam is the only therapist who performs IASTM)
- You are an experienced massage client who wants to work with the most advanced practitioner in our practice
Book with an Elite Therapist if:
- You have a specific clinical issue, sports injury, or recovery goal and want the most senior available therapist
- You are working alongside a physical therapist or surgeon and need consistent, advanced clinical work
- You want a therapist with extensive specialization and clinical depth
Book with a Brand Standard Therapist if:
- You want excellent sports or medical massage at our standard rate
- You are an active client managing training load, recurring tension, or general recovery needs

If you know you'll need consistent care, packages save you meaningful money per session. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable on used sessions but can be transferred to a friend or family member at any time.
6-Pack Math: Buy 5 sessions at full price, get the 6th at 50% off. Effective savings of about 8% per session.
11-Pack Math: Buy 10 sessions, get the 11th free. Effective savings of about 9% per session.
Packages can be used for any session length and any therapist tier (price difference applies if upgrading therapist tier mid-package).
Use Your FSA or HSA Funds for Medical Massage
Elite Healers accepts FSA and HSA payments for qualified medical massage treatment. Qualified medical massage means treatment for a documented injury, chronic pain condition, or musculoskeletal issue, not general wellness or relaxation sessions.
What you'll need:
- A doctor's referral specifying medical massage as part of your treatment plan
- Your FSA or HSA benefit card (must carry the Visa or Mastercard logo)
Common conditions that qualify: Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic muscular pain, and other documented musculoskeletal conditions.
Bring your referral and benefit card to your first appointment, and ask your therapist about qualifying treatment documentation. We provide medical receipts on request.
Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and that of our therapists. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are subject to a massage cancellation fee equal to the full session cost. For full details, visit our comprehensive Massage Cancellation Policy page.
Lateness Policy
To respect everyone's time, sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals cannot extend their time, and the session will end at its regularly scheduled time. Thank you for understanding our massage lateness policy.
