Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and so is the time of our therapists, so we want you to be aware there is a late cancelation policy here at Elite Healers. Any session which you either cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours is subject to be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
Lateness
Please be aware that in order to respect everyone’s session time, please be mindful that if you arrive late, we cannot extend your session time. The session must end at its regularly scheduled time.
The additional time we place on our appointments at the end of the session allows the therapist to set the room, clean the room and take notes. This way all of our clients can receive the highest quality service they deserve.
