I will continue to see him weekly even after the frozen shoulder gos away. This place is immaculate and everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. The price is less than a massage at a spa. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Strong massages that really pinpoint tight areas. They know what they're doing, probably the most professional high quality deep tissue massages I've ever had. Pretty painful at first but you feel much better in daily life after.

Found elite through a Google search and decided to give them a try. Thanks to Andrew my body feels 10x better!! But given my physical activity levels I'll need a few more sessions before it's back too normal, so I'll be back!

I've been a highly active athlete my whole life (soccer, running, boxing, snowboarding, etc) and have had a number of broken bones and surgeries from competing at a high level and subsequently spent a good bit of time in physical therapy for most parts of my body (and tried normal massage a few times)- truthfully I was unaware of this modality and was blown away. My back had significant swelling and pain post sport (to point where was struggling to put on shoes 4-5 days later) given historical disc injuries-- following a session with Adam the swelling in my back is so much better/have significantly more range of motion which accelerated my healing process tremendously (and will allow me to participate in an upcoming climbing/rafting/surfing trip). I was nervous going in (with a really tender back, was terrified to make it worse) but Adam was fantastic- highly communicative about areas of tension/what he was observing + reduced tension/improved circulation in a lot of adjacent muscles as well. His expertise really helped me. The reviews here were one of the things that encouraged me to try it (and in my case I'm very thankful I did). Planning to return in the future to rebuild range of motion in other areas.

When I started working with Adam at Elite Healers within the first session, I started to feel better and after six sessions in the first three weeks I was able to walk normally again and my back pain was totally eliminated.
Now I come in regularly so Adam can help keep my legs healthy, and prevent me from feeling back pain.

He went straight to the source of pain in my low back, obliques and glutes and worked out years of tightness, sports and lifestyle related tension, old injuries, and trouble spots that have plagued me for the past several years. It’s seriously amazing. He’s a true healer with the strength, knowledge and intuitive sports medicine skills to work miracles. My advice? Relax, breathe, and let him go to work. He checks in often, and while the deep work is perfect for me, be sure to let him know what works best for you. I live in another state, but will make a massage with Marcus part of every work trip to NY from now on. For real. He’s that good.

I never have to tell him about the imbalances (even though Id be happy to have that dialogue); he knows where they lie and immediately works to relieve the stress and knots, liberating the muscles for immense and total relief. I was told by a top spinal surgeon that complex back surgery was my only option, but I feel that my pain is due to a series of muscle knots that have been solidified and compounded over several years. Adam is working with me to alleviate, assuage, and eventually release the very tight muscles. I feel completely confident that I am in the right hands and am very grateful for Adams expertise and professional care.
