Massage Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients. Please take note of the following massage cancellation rules:
- Cancellations & Reschedules: Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session price as a massage same-day cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice will also be charged the full session price under our massage no-show policy.
- Payment Enforcement: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent, and payment must be received before booking your next massage appointment.
- Medical Exceptions: Fees may be waived only in cases of illness, provided you submit either a doctor's note or a positive COVID-19 test result.
Lateness Policy
To respect the time of all our clients and therapists, we strictly adhere to our massage booking policy:
- Arriving Late: Appointments will end at their originally scheduled time, and we cannot extend sessions due to lateness.
- Preparation Time: Our therapists reserve a few minutes at the end of each session for cleaning and notes, ensuring consistent high-quality care.
